Take the time to understand the customers goals and needs from their advisor. Asking questions will not only make the customer feel heard, but it will also save both you and the lead time by honing your conversation to cover what most resonates with them.
Not all leads will close, or close quickly, so you must have a follow-up/nurture plan in place to stay in contact. Remember, be persistent, but not a pest. The optimal lead contact strategy includes at least 12 relevant touch points.
